Providing quality psychiatric care across Maryland

Sarah offers thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric medication management for adolescents and adults across Maryland. Care begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to ensure an accurate diagnosis and the development of a personalized treatment plan tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every one to three months to carefully monitor progress, assess effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed. In addition to medication management, Sarah emphasizes the value of lifestyle modifications and supportive strategies that can enhance treatment outcomes and promote lasting mental wellness.

All services are currently provided through a secure telehealth platform, offering convenient, confidential, and accessible care from the comfort of your home. Patients must be located in Maryland at the time of appointments. Updates will be shared if in-person appointments become available in the future.

This practice provides care through scheduled appointments and is not equipped to offer crisis intervention or after-hours emergency services.
